DELIVERABLES
Geek Out team will provide the following deliverables:
- Phase 1B: Plan The Customer Journey & System Architecture. Mapping the customer journey, internal stakeholders, and all data flows. Tech stack decisions and set up. System set up and Integration. Education and training on system as we set up. AirTable Setup. GoogleSheet Setup & Integration. Support for data flow from YouCanBookMe to AirTable. Support for data flow from App to AirTable. Tech decision support & tech stack clean up.
- Phase 2: Design & Build. Build AirTable database. Setup and program AirTable database. Setup and program integration with app. Setup and program integration with ClickFunnels membership. Setup and program integration with YouCanBookMe. Tech setup and Integration across entire system. Education and training on all systems. Testing usage scenarios for all integrations and data flows. Migrate all current members into data system.
- Phase 3: Launch. Full support for up to 30 days. Continue support If anything breaks from original build. Tweaks and Iterations based on customer and internal stakeholder feedback within original scope. Reporting and analysis.
TIMELINE
Geek Out Team will provide the above deliverables within the following timetable:
- Phase 1B: Target date range week of May 22
- Phase 2: Target date range May 22 - June 2. Target ready to go live by June 7-9 at the latest.
- Phase 3: 30 Days from the day the funnel launches.
Times may vary based on copy availability and holidays.
COMPENSATION
Geek Out Team requests the following compensation for the work outlined above:
- Total Payment: $5000. This will be broken into 2 payments of $2500. This invoice will collect the first payment. Then you will be automatically charged $2500 every 30 days after this invoice for 1 more payments.
